Houben & Van Dijck Lawyers was founded in 1958. It is a modern, medium-sized firm, with 7 full-time lawyers, with offices in the centre of Eindhoven and with strong links to the region. Houben & Van Dijck Lawyers offer competitive fees. The fees are dependent on the experience and the degree of specialisation required by the lawyer handling the matter, and the nature and degree of difficulty of the case.

It is our conviction that everybody should have access to legal aid, and we thus offer, under certain conditions, Pro Deo legal aid under the so-called legal assistance entitlement, also known as subsidised legal aid.

If you are eligible for a Pro Deo lawyer under the legal assistance entitlement, the state reimburses the costs of legal aid. You only pay the legal contribution, which is dependent on your net monthly income and your capital.
